Welcome To The Wonderful World of Moors Society!

Moors Society

“Let he that is greatest among you serve.”

Moors Society, Inc. was designed to be the missing link between the churches of the Black community, and the public school system. The churches provide Black American religion, while the school systems teach the three R’s. The purpose of Moors Society is to serve as the primary cultural educational system for Black Americans seeking knowledge of their history and heritage.

Members of the Moors community will celebrate
African American culture, while observing the legacy of the most prestigious and socially advanced societies of the collective African ethnic groups. Knowledge of African and African American arts and crafts, dance and music, as well as literature that deals with life skills will be explored in great detail and shared with the members of the community.

This is an official website for the Moors Society. It was created for those who are interested in joining the organization, volunteering their time, or making a private donation. The information on this website is geared towards helping potential members make informed choices.
